My product is great at Retail – if I just put more in a bigger box, I’m all set for Foodservice, right?
Not so fast. Foodservice kitchens are completely different environments than home kitchens. Packaging and Labeling requirements are very different. And Foodservice people can “smell” a Retail product a mile away. You’ll probably need custom formulations, portion sizes, and packaging before you can be taken seriously in Foodservice.
