Definitely! It’s very important for you to track how well your redi-served customers match the target customer definition.
It’s good practice to analyze the type of customers buying from redistribution (and NOT buying from redistribution) to understand how well it matches your plans. If these customers do not match your target customer definition (based on your Cost-to-Serve analysis), then it may be time to take action and redirect customers to a more cost efficient way of buying.
